VIDEO: Protester Storms Stage During Ashton Kutcher's Speech at AirBnb Open L.A.
Ashton Kutcher got quite the surprise at the 2016 Airbnb Open LA when a protester named Ariel Gold joined him on stage to protest Airbnb in Palestine!
The 38-year-old actor was caught off guard as she carried a sign that read “Airbnb Out of Settlements @codepink” at day three of the event on Saturday (November 19) in Los Angeles.
“We can get to know each other intimately and understand our collective narrative is a narrative for everyone, and that we all can belong in a world together without borders,” Ashton then told the crowd, which you can watch below. “I can appreciate that this doesn’t happen seamlessly. I can appreciate that this doesn’t happen easily. I can appreciate that where there is change, there will be a fringe case that feels objectified, but this company is about bringing people together, and about loving one another.”
Also in attendance that day were Gwyneth Paltrow, Emma Roberts, Miles Teller, Mariah Carey, Kelly Osbourne, Jamie Foxx, and Jeremy Piven.
