Gilmore Girls' Scott Patterson Reveals What's Next for Luke & Lorelai

SPOILERS! Don’t continue reading if you haven’t finished Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

Scott Patterson, who plays Luke Danes, is reacting to that amazing ending for Luke and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) – and what could be next for the couple.

“I think being married to that girl is going to be a really good thing,” Scott told ET about Luke and Lorelai getting married at the end of the four episode revival. “We’re going to have a lot of babies!”

“[It felt] pretty good, pretty good, yeah. And the way we did it was pretty clever I thought. I think it was the most personal way to do it and it had the most dramatic impact,” he added of the decision to make Luke and Lorelai finally wed. While it could be nice to see Luke and Lorelai have kids, part of the story did focus on their decision to forego surrogacy as a way to have a child.

Since the series was released on Netflix, fans want to know if there’s a possibility of more episodes. See what the cast had to say about the notion of reuniting again.

This whole children thing is weird – Lorelai and Luke dated for nine (?) years and never discussed kids during that time? Sure.

It’s been 1 yr since I decided to abandon my last job and i couldn’t be happier now… I started doing work over internet, over a website I found over internet, for a few hrs daily, and I earn much more than i did on my previous work… My last month payment was for $9k… Superb thing about this work is that i have more free time for my loved ones…

IKR? the whole ‘that’s the kid’ conversation was ridiculous. who the hell thinks someone is going to understand that that meant ‘do you wanna have kids’ especially seeing how Lorelai would hae been very late 30s to early 40s at time of the statement. that sort of time frame you’ve got to be more direct. neither of them can have actually wanted kids bad enough to have them if neither of them really raised the quesiton and there’s their answer.
