Michael Douglas Says His Hollywood Walk of Fame Honor Was for Father Kirk Douglas!
Michael Douglas hit Stephen Colbert‘s couch on The Late Show on Tuesday (November 20) and dished about his newly unveiled star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“After 50 years in the business, you finally got your star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame,” host Stephen expressed.
“Half the reason for doing it was to stand up there and look at my father, who is going to be 102 in December,” Michael, 74, revealed. “He’s looking up at me and saying, ‘I don’t have any son whose been in this business for 50 years, it’s not possible.’”
Michael also recalled celebrating his Golden Globe win over caviar with George Harrison, Bob Dylan, and the biggest dog he’d ever seen, and starring in his new series The Kominsky Method – Watch below!
