Dove Cameron Goes Brunette For New 'Cosmopolitan' Feature

Dove Cameron has ditched her blonde hair for something darker as she channels Lainey Boggs in a Cosmopolitan feature.

The 22-year-old actress transformed into famous teen queens, like Princess Diaries‘ Mia Thermopolis and The Breakfast Club‘s Claire for the feature.

Dove opened up with the site about why she jumped at the chance to play Cher in Clueless: The Musical.

“We decided that it’s a lightning in a bottle moment,” she shared. “Clueless the Musical is happening right now and probably never again. They’re not going to come to us in six months.”

Dove adds, “It doesn’t wait for you, a theater doesn’t wait. So do it now, or you don’t do it.”
