Jennifer Hudson Looks Worried While Filming Aretha Franklin Biopic 'Respect'

Jennifer Hudson is continuing to work on her upcoming Aretha Franklin biopic Respect!

The 38-year-old singer and actress was spotted filming scenes for the movie on Wednesday afternoon (November 6) in a park in New York City.

She was joined by Hailey Kilgore and Saycon Sengbloh, who play Aretha‘s sisters in the film.

During the scene, the trio appeared to have a tense conversation while sitting on a park bench.

Jennifer kicked off filming earlier this month and was recently spotted working with co-star Marlon Waynes in Harlem.

The movie is set to hit theaters in August of 2020, and is being directed by Liesl Tommy.
