Ellen DeGeneres Announces Personal $1 Mllion Donation to America's Food Fund Amid Pandemic

Ellen DeGeneres is giving back amid the global health crisis.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show host, along with Matthew McConaughey, is accepting and participating in Leonardo DiCaprio‘s All In Challenge, it was announced on Wednesday (April 15).

Ellen has donated the experience of co-hosting the show and bringing a guest, while Matthew donated a Texas football sideline experience.

Ellen has also announced a personal $1 million donation to the organizations that the Challenge benefits.

The All In Challenge is bringing together artists, celebrities, athletes and sports leagues to raise millions of dollars for those in need, especially those facing food insecurity. 100% of proceeds will go to America’s Food Fund, which benefits Feeding America and World Central Kitchen, along with No Kid Hungry and Meals on Wheels.
