Jamie Dornan is showing off his workout for fans on Instagram!

The 38-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey actor posted a video of himself doing a single arm kettlebell row while the ABBA song “Dancing Queen” from the movie version of Mamma Mia played in the background.

“If you don’t workout listening to songs from musicals you’re getting it ALL wrong,” Jamie captioned the video. We’d love to know the other musicals that he likes to listen to!

Fans couldn’t help but notice Jamie‘s buff biceps in a video he posted back in May. He attempted to solve a Rubik’s cube quickly in that video, but it was a total fail.
