'Younger' Creator Reveals Details for Hilary Duff's Potential Spin-Off Series

The final season of Younger premieres next week, but fans can still hold out hope for the spin-off series featuring Hilary Duff‘s character Kelsey Peters.

The show’s creator Darren Star has revealed new details about what the show will follow, if it actually happens.

“We’re talking about it. It’s a big question mark whether it’s going to happen,” Darren told Variety. “It could be great, but we never know if these things are going to happen until they’re going to happen.”

If you’re hoping to see Sutton Foster‘s Liza or Nico Tortorella‘s Josh, you might be disappointed.

“It would be a totally new universe,” he said, adding that no other characters from Younger will be involved. Kelsey will “be following another dream.”

He added, “The best way to describe it is that it would be a bit of a female Entourage with Kelsey as the lead. Still, the caveat is if it’s going to happen.”

Hilary announced some sad news about one of her highly anticipated projects back in December.
