This guy is sooo HOT!!! I've been a fan since way back. See To Die For, Inventing the Abbots, that crazy M. Night Shyamalan movie with Mel Gibson I forget it's name, and watch him steal every scene of Gladiator he's in. He is IT!! And the funny thing is that he always plays these serious characters and people who know him say that he's really funny and likes to goof around. He just hates the whole celebrity thing and seems to be brooding off camera as well as on because he hates interviews nad papparazzi and frowns during them.

OH yes, QUILLS!!! That scene where he kisses her, it just MELTS me. One of the sexiest, and most romantic, kisses in movies, in my opinion. Luckily, it was on video, and I rewound, and rewound.... :-) Joaquin is HOT, and not just his looks, it's his presence. He can be fat, and still be sexy. Like when people were ooohing and aaahing over Gerard Depardiue about 20 years ago. I was too young to get it, but now I see some of his old movies, especially the ones in French, and I GET IT. Joaquin has always had "IT" and, like Johnny Depp, has avoided the teen idol thing his brother was afflicted with and chosen offbeat roles, but now he's gone a little mainstream and the word is spreading.... This guy is a character actor in leading man's body!!!

Just saw a movie on cable with Joaquin - Lost in Paradise. Vince Vaughan is in it too. I saw it before but enjoyed it even more now that I know more about both of them.

It actually is "We Own The Night" and they are filming it in New York. If you go to IMDB.com and put in We Own the Night, you can find out where they are filming almost everyday.

What can i say. He is every womans dream. He is so down to earth. I bought the movie and have watched it every day since. He is a great singer .
and a great actor. I have rented every movie he has made that i can find and they are all good .

For all to know. That same day he came into a famous vegan restaurant that i work at and i was one of his servers. He was very polite and said thank you to everything we brought out. For your information, he ordered the macrobiotic platter , a salad and did not order dessert. He was very tone and no way fat or even chuncky. Got a great look at him and could say what amazing energy. I do not like the smoking cause i lost a friend to it but lets not be disrespectful cause all of us have a bad unhealthy habbit we cannot admit or break.
