Back in June, it was revealed that the couple welcomed their first child together – a baby boy named Romano.
Baby Roman isn’t Al‘s first child. He is already dad to three other children – Julie, 33, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant and twins Anton and Olivia, 22, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Beverly D’Angelo.

On Thursday (June 15) it was confirmed that Noor had given birth, and the couple was said to be “ecstatic.”

His rep confirmed to Just Jared, “Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son, named Roman Pacino.”
TMZ is now confirming that she “recently gave birth, and both parents are ecstatic.”
