Vanessa Hudgens opens up to about her Broadway debut in this brand new interview!

We caught up with the 26-year-old actress at the recent Guitar Hero Live Launch.

When asked what surprised her most about being in Gigi, she told us, “Just how much hard work it is. I feel like my body is falling apart just from the wear and tear of doing eight shows a week. There is a lot of physical therapy and massage involved. But it’s so worth it. I’m having the time of my life.”

As for who she’s most nervous about seeing in the audience, Vanessa said, “I honestly don’t really get nervous on stage. I think because I got used to it when I was a little one growing up, that it just feels like home. I think I’ll be most excited/nervous when my boyfriend [Austin Butler] watches though!”

Jake Robinson on NBC's Ambitious Drama 'American Odyssey'

Check out this brand new interview with Jake Robinson on his highly-anticipated new show American Odyssey.

The 24-year-old actor, who quickly became a fan favorite on the short-lived CW series The Carrie Diaries, stars as political activist Harrison Walters in the new NBC drama.

The show follows three stories – Jake‘s Harrison, a female Special Forces soldier (Anna Friel), and a disillusioned corporate lawyer (Peter Facinelli) – as their lives unexpectedly collide amid a massive military-industrial-complex conspiracy that proves a major U.S. corporation is funding the jihadists.

We caught up with Jake to chat about how he got the role, his experience filming on location in New York City, and more.

American Odyssey airs Sunday, April 5 @ 10PM on NBC! And be sure to follow Jake on Twitter to get more scoop on the show ahead of its premiere! My first thought after watching the pilot was that it didn’t seem like your typical network show. Were you surprised that NBC had a script like this and wanted to take this on?

Jake Robinson: Yeah, you know Robert Greenblatt comes from Showtime and I feel like he is always trying to break the mold of what network is. And I think networks are constantly having to adapt and change because of different platforms and how people are viewing content. I was definitely impressed by his risk-taking. But also at the same time, I was like yeah, I think this is kind of where most networks need to head in order to compete.

Jesse McCartney Bursts Out In Color On 'Livid' Mag Cover (Exclusive)

Jesse McCartney kicks it up in this cool new shot from Livid Magazine, provided exclusively to

Here’s what the 27-year-old musician and actor had to share:

On his newest album: “‘In Technicolor’ is a collection of songs that has a modern take on retro pop. Produced mainly by The Elev3n, together we decided to make something that felt fresh but still familiar. I was on a daily diet of Prince, Earth Wind and Fire, Michael Jackson and Kool and the Gang, artists that made a big impact on me musically. I’d say this album is my proudest musical achievement.”

On his personal favorite on the album: “I think ‘The Other Guy’ is one of my personal favorites. A song that was written about a love triangle, ‘The Other Guy’ definitely showcases what I can do vocally and says something that most have never heard from a male’s perspective before.”

On how his influences changed: “As I got older, in my early teen years, I started shaping my voice and developing a style that was heavily influenced by singers like Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles, but the popular artists at the time were also very influential to me, Craig David and Daniel Bedingfield. Those 2 guys were especially great at rhythmic singing. Their voices were smooth and their pocket was undeniable. It was like listening to an amazing drum-kit if drums had a melody. That’s when I realized that I wanted to be a Pop/R&B Singer.”
