Felicity Huffman is celebrating her daughter’s high school graduation.

The 56-year-old actress was spotted chatting with family and friends following Sofia‘s graduation ceremony on Monday (June 10) in Hollywood.

Last month, Felicity pled guilty for her role in the college admissions scandal and is likely to spend “around four months” in prison.

Felicity‘s sentencing hearing will happen on September 14, which is when she will actually find out how much jail time she will receive.

Abby Lee Miller Has Advice for Lori Loughlin & Felicity Huffman Regarding Prison

Dance MomsAbby Lee Miller has some advice for Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin, who might be serving time in prison in the college admissions scandal.

“I have a lot of advice for them and I would love to talk to them face-to-face,” Abby Lee told Us Weekly. “They shouldn’t hire one of those [prison] consultants. My attorneys in Pittsburgh hired one and Lifetime hired another one. Both were completely wrong on everything.”

Felicity is likely to serve this amount of time in prison at her sentencing, which will take place in September.

Abby Lee served time in prison for bankruptcy fraud from May 2017 to March 2018.

Felicity Huffman Likely to Spend This Amount of Time in Jail

Felicity Huffman entered a plea of “guilty” today (May 13) at in a Boston, Massachusetts courthouse for her role in the college admissions scandal.

During her appearance in court, the lawyers for the government told the judge in the case that they want the 56-year-old actress to serve “around four months” in prison, Deadline reports.

Her sentencing hearing will happen on September 14, which is when we will find out how much jail time she will receive.

In addition, lawyers say she will be expected to serve one-year of supervised release and owe $20,000 in fines.

Felicity allegedly paid $15,000 to help inflate her daughter’s SAT scores. Lori Loughlin, who is expected to serve way more jail time if found guilty, allegedly paid $500,000 to get her daughters into USC as recruits to the USC crew team, even though they did not participate in the sport.

If you don’t remember, last month, Felicity admitted her guilt in her first statement since the scandal broke.

Felicity could face as little as four months in prison. Lori Loughlin, who was also allegedly involved in the scandal, could face a lot more prison time.

'Accepted' Television Series Based on College Admissions Scandal in the Works

A television series based on the ongoing college admissions scandal is officially in the works.

The ongoing scandal, in which Lori Loughlin (who pled not guilty) and Felicity Huffman (who pled guilty) are among those indicted, has led to a limited TV series called Accepted, based on an upcoming book by Melissa Korn and Jen Levitz according to Deadline on Tuesday (May 7).

The book details “the recent college admissions scandal that exposed a criminal conspiracy to influence undergraduate admission decisions at several prominent American universities including USC and UCLA.”

Lori and husband Mossimo Giannulli are accused of allegedly paying $500,000 as a bribe to the University of Southern California crew coach to secure their daughters admission to the school.

Felicity admitted her guilt in a recent statement.
