Gwyneth Paltrow keeps it dressy while attending Goop’s Summer Season Launch Party at Mark’s Club on Tuesday (May 21) in London, England.

The 40-year-old actress was joined at the party by her husband Chris Martin and Kate Hudson.

“[Gwyneth]’s in the kitchen to make things taste insanely amazing and I’m in the kitchen getting weight off of people,” fitness guru Tracy Anderson recently shared.

Here’s what the 40-year-old actress had to share with the mag:

On her love of food: “I have always loved food, I was raised by a foodie. I love to cook and eat. My father was obsessed with good food and he passed it on to me.”

On how to balance exercise, food and rest: “Find what works for you. I think it’s important to move a little everyday. If you don’t have time for a full workout, do what you can – walk to work, take the stairs. Above all, don’t beat yourself up. We’re all trying to do so much. Ease up on yourself and do what’s in front of you to the best of your ability.”

On giving advice to her younger self: “Not to worry so much; to ease up on myself; that everything happened for a reason; to embrace the obstacles…it’s all part of the soul curriculum.”

“I’m never going again. It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all,” Gwyneth told USA Today.

The 40-year-old Iron Man 3 actress’ co-star Don Cheadle recently dished on whether she was really the toughest in the Iron Man suit.

“She didn’t wear it,” Don told MTV News. “Hers was drawn on. Hers was CGI.”

“It’s like, ‘You guys didn’t get this more refined? It still weighs this much? I still can’t articulate the arms to touch my face when I wear it.’ But we know what it is when we sign up to do it, and it was great to come back and recreate the character again,” Don added.
