J.J. Abrams & 'Lost' Producers Apologize to Evangeline Lilly After Comments About Feeling 'Cornered' on Set

J.J. Abrams and the producers of Lost are responding to Evangeline Lilly‘s comments about feeling “cornered” into filming partially nude scenes during the show.

The Lost actress recently opened up about her experience on the series and how several scenes left her feeling “mortified” and “trembling.”

J.J. says since hearing her comments, he has reached out to personally apologize to Evangeline.

“Our response to Evie’s comments in the media was to immediately reach out to her to profoundly apologize for the experience she detailed while working on Lost. We have not yet connected with her, but remain deeply and sincerely sorry,” he said in a statement to ET.

He added, “No person should ever feel unsafe at work. Period.”

'Castle Rock' Premieres Official Trailer - Watch Now!

The official trailer for Castle Rock, the upcoming Hulu original series from J.J. Abrams and Stephen King, has arrived!

The upcoming psychological horror anthology series will premiere on July 25 on Hulu.

Castle Rock is an original story that combines the mythological scale and intimate character storytelling of Stephen‘s best-loved works, weaving an epic saga of darkness and light, played out on a few square miles of Maine woodland.

The series co-stars André Holland, Melanie Lynskey, Sissy Spacek, Bill Skarsgård, Jane Levy and Scott Glenn.

Zachary Quinto & J.J. Abrams Are Making a Drama About Anthony Perkins & Tab Hunter's Secret Love Affair!

Zachary Quinto and J.J. Abrams are preparing to tell the story of a major Hollywood love affair.

The two are teaming up for a drama based around the love affair between Tab Hunter and Anthony Perkins, called Tab & Tony, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed on Wednesday (June 6).

The movie will be based on Tab’s first-person account of “his struggle to come to terms with his sexual orientation in 1950s Hollywood, an era in which being openly gay was taboo.”

J.J. and Zachary will co-produce along with Allan Glaser, who is Tab‘s longtime partner. Doug Wright will pen the screenplay.

Tab & Tony is based on Tab‘s bestselling 2005 memoir Tab Hunter Confidential: The Making of a Movie Star.

The search for a director and actors is now underway.

Evan Rachel Wood, Thandie Newton & 'Westworld' Cast Celebrate Season Two!

Evan Rachel Wood and Thandie Newton are celebrating the new season of Westworld!

The co-stars stepped out at the premiere on Monday night (April 16) at The Cinerama Dome in Los Angeles.

They were joined by their cast mates Jeffrey Wright, Angela Sarafyan and James Marsden, who was accompanied by girlfriend Edei.

Other attendees included their co-stars Ben Barnes, Ingrid Bolso Berdal, Rodrigo Santoro, Simon Quarterman, Jimmi Simpson, Shannon Woodward, Luke Hemsworth, who was joined by his wife Samantha, and producer J.J. Abrams.

Thomas Middleditch and wife Mollie Gates were also in attendance.

Westworld‘s new season premieres on April 22nd.

'SNL' Spoofs New 'Star Wars' Film In Unaired Sketch - Watch Now!

Saturday Night Live poked some fun at Star Wars in an sketch cut from last night’s episode!

In the unaired short, J.J. Abrams teases an upcoming film titled The Mos Eisley Five, the story of a group of smugglers hired by the rebellion who were instrumental in establishing a rebel base on Hoth.

The clip from the film shows cast members Mikey Day and Kate McKinnon bargaining with Kenan Thompson to rescue a prisoner but guest host Charles Barkley doesn’t know what’s going on!

It turns out Charles doesn’t have quite the same knowledge of the many languages spoken by characters like the “dog guy” or beeping little robot.
