Jessica Rothe & Ruby Modine Share a Big Hug at 'Happy Death Day' World Premiere!

Jessica Rothe and Ruby Modine are all smiles while hanging out at the after party for the Happy Death Day world premiere on Wednesday (October 4) in Universal City, Calif.

The ladies were joined at the event by co-stars Israel Broussard, Rachel Matthews, Rob Mello, Phi Vu, and Blaine Kern III, as well as director Christopher Landon and producer Jason Blum.

The premiere for the new horror film took place at Universal CityWalk and guests got to check the “Horrors of BlumHouse” maze at Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights, which features an entire Happy Death Day section.

Happy Death Day follows a college student (Rothe) who relives the day of her murder with both its unexceptional details and terrifying end until she discovers her killer’s identity. The film hits theaters on Friday, October 13!

Jamie Lee Curtis Is Reprising Her Iconic 'Halloween' Role in 2018 Reboot!

Jamie Lee Curtis is returning to settle the score with Michael Myers!

The news was revealed on Friday (September 15) that the actress will reprise her iconic role as Laurie Strode in their upcoming Halloween reboot, due out next year.

John Carpenter will executive produce and consult on the project alongside Get Out producer Jason Blum.

Danny McBride wrote the script with David Gordon Green, who is also directing the film. The movie will tell a new story following the events of the 1978 original.

The Halloween reboot will hit theaters on October 19, 2018.

Rose Byrne: X-Men's New Star & James McAvoy's Love Interest!

Damages actress Rose Byrne comes out to support producer Jason Blum at the Breakthrough Of The Year Awards at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center on Sunday (August 15).

At the ceremony presented by Crest 3D White, Jason picked up the award for Breakthrough Producer (he produced Rose and Patrick Wilson‘s upcoming horror flick Insidious, out 2011).

According to THR, Rose to set join the cast of X-Men First Class as Moira MacTaggert, a genetic mutation scientist. She’ll be the love interest of James McAvoy, who plays a young Professor X.

In the Matthew Vaughn-directed pic, Rose and James join Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Lucas Till as Havoc, Caleb Landry Jones as Banshee, Aaron Johnson as Cyclops, Alice Eve as Emma Frost, Jason Flemyng as teleporter Azazel, Jennifer Lawrence as shape-shifting Mystique, and Kevin Bacon as an unknown villain.
