Kate Bosworth joins former Melrose Place star Daphne Zuniga and American Idol’s Elliott Yamin in hosting the Global Green USA’s Gorgeous & Green event in San Francisco on Tuesday night.

The 25-year-old actress was eco-fabulous in a black minidress embellished with swirls of zipper-edged ruffles down the front. Custom-made for her by designer Phillip Lim, the dress consists solely of green materials.

Supportive of Global Green’s mission to fight climate change and protect coastal cities, Kate shared, “The more I learn about how far we have come, the more I am inspired and grateful to be a part of [Global Green] to help find solutions and to inspire other people.” More Here! »

21 star Kate Bosworth has a girls’ night out at a West Hollywood restaurant on Saturday night.

The 25-year-old actress recently had an interview with the UK version of Marie Claire and declared her love of dogs, saying, “The dog will stay in the bed before the man will!”

Kate mentioned that growing up, “My mom was a real animal person… so I grew up with the dogs sleeping in the beds. My boyfriend found that really odd the first couple of times he stayed over!” Kate is currently dating model/musician James Rousseau.

Her upcoming movie, The Laundry Warrior, co-starring Geoffrey Rush opens next year.

Kate Bosworth goes out for lunch with some friends at Nonna Of Italy in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old Superman Returns star can be seen next year in The Laundry Warrior. The story is about an Asian warrior played by Jang Dong Gun, who is forced to hide in a small town in the American badlands. He meets the town drunk played by Geoffrey Rush, and a circus knife thrower played by Bosworth, both of whom have powerful secrets.

The Laundry Warrior is scheduled to hit theaters in March 2009.

Kate Bosworth shines in a black and white Chanel sheath dress on the red carpet at the 2008 Glamour Women of the Year Awards on Monday night in New York City.

The 25-year-old actress also sparkled in diamond jewelry from Neil Lane.

Kate will next star in the Sngmoo Lee-directed The Laundry Warrior. Co-starring alongside Geoffrey Rush, the film follows an an Asian warrior (Dong-Kun Jang) who finds peace, contentment and perhaps love in a forgotten western town on the edge of the desert.

Kate Bosworth rocks out a Burberry collection scarf while catching a flight from JFK airport to LAX with model boyfriend James Rousseau in New York City on Tuesday.

At Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards, Bosworth, presented an award to the company’s global chief executive officer Maureen Chiquet.

Last month, the 25-year-old actress helped Blackberry launch its first high-speed 3G device, which arrived in stores on Tuesday, November 4.

The 25-year-old actress helped Research in Motion’s launch its first high-speed 3G device. The Blackberry Bold is set to arrive in stores on Tuesday, November 4.
