Katie Couric steps out in style on the red carpet at the 2013 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 6) in New York City.

The 56-year-old television personality was spotted walking the carpet with her beau John Molner.

“There were a lot of great pics from last night but I think this one takes the proverbial cake… Me & Colin Firth!!” Katie tweeted – along with a pic of her and Colin – check it out! “More pics from last night’s #MetBall, anyone!?” she added earlier.

Katie Couric and Kelly Ripa hit the red carpet at The Hollywood Reporter’s Celebration of the 35 Most Powerful People in Media on Wednesday (April 10) in the Grill Room at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City.

The ladies were joined by Kelly‘s husband Mark Consuelos and Live! co-host Michael Strahan, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Piers Morgan, Barbara Walters, model Coco Rocha, Cobra Starship‘s Gabe Saporta with fiancee Erin Fetherston, Gayle King, Josh Lucas, Bridget Moynahan, and Olivia Palermo with beau Johannes Huebl.

Katie Couric is all smiles while making her way out of LAX Airport on Thursday (January 31) in Los Angeles.

The 56-year-old talk show host’s show Katie has officially been renewed for a second season!

“Hosting, producing and launching a show from scratch has been challenging but very rewarding,” Katie said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to working with our terrific team to build on the success of our first season and continuing to share compelling stories, explore important topics and create entertaining television for our audience.”

Later that evening, Katie made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where she talked about going out on a date with Larry King back when she was in her 30s!
