Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts walk the red carpet while attending the 2020 Gold Meets Golden event on Saturday afternoon (January 4) at the Virginia Robinson Gardens & Estate in Los Angeles.

The actresses are longtime best friends and while this is Naomi‘s first time at the annual event, Nicole is there for her fifth year!

Gold Meets Golden always brings together Hollywood stars and Olympic athletes. The event benefits Angel City Sports, a Los Angeles organization that fosters young disabled athletes with the resources, coaching and equipment they need to train as future adaptive Paralympic hopefuls.

Naomi was seen posing with former figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi.

FYI: Nicole is wearing Chloe. Naomi is wearing a Brock Collection dress and Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

Lindsey Stirling brought back a former Dancing With The Stars champion for Trio Week!

The 31-year-old violinist teamed up with her partner Mark Ballas and Kristi Yamaguchi for the Quaterfinals on Monday night (November 6) in Los Angeles.

Together, the trio danced a Jazz routine to “Let’s Face the Music and Dance” as performed by Seth MacFarlane and were given a score of 28 out of 30.

During the show, Lindsey and Mark also performed a Samba to “Morning Drums” by Gregor Salto and were given a 26 out of 30 from the judges.

Nancy Kerrigan and Kristi Yamaguchi are all smiles despite their recent awkward Twitter exchange!

Last week, Kristi used the wrong choice of words when wishing Nancy good luck on Dancing With The Stars.

Kristi told Nancy to “break a leg” – a poor choice of words considering in 1994, Nancy was attacked and sustained a knee injury in an attempt to prevent her from going to the Olympics!

The duo have had a sense of humor about the tweet though and Kristi even brought a sign bearing the same phrase to a recent DWTS taping!

“A special sign to cheer on my roomie @nancyakerrigan 😜 vote!!!” Krisi captioned a cute photo of the duo holding the sign on her Instagram.

Cringe alert!

Olympic ice skater Kristi Yamaguchi had the wrong choice of words when wishing fellow ice skater Nancy Kerrigan well on Dancing with the Stars.

“So excited for you @NancyAKerrigan ! Can’t wait to see you grace that ballroom floor, break a leg! #DWTS,”" Kristi tweeted during the premiere of the hit dancing show.

Back in 1994, Nancy was attacked and clubbed in the knee by fellow competitor Tonya Harding‘s boyfriend so that she wouldn’t be able to compete in the Winter Olympics that year. This news story is currently being turned into a biopic with Margot Robbie playing Tonya.

Twitter has since reacted to Kristi‘s very awkward tweet.

Kristi Yamaguchi sparkles at the world premiere of Disney-Pixar’s film Wall-E held at the Greek Theater on Saturday in Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old Olympic champion figure skater was accompanied on the red carpet with hockey player husband Bret Hedican, 37, and their two daughters, Keara, 4 1/2, and Emma, 2 1/2.

Yamaguchi and professional dancer Mark Ballas were this past season’s winners of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.
