Matthew Settle and his girlfriend Maria Alfonsin welcomed a baby girl earlier this summer and on Friday (August 21) she made her Instagram debut.

The couple named the beautiful baby Nalu and in the photo she shows the world her big blue eyes while wearing a strawberry print bathing suit.

“🐬delfinobambino ❤️” he captioned the sweet image, meaning dolphin baby in Italian.

Matthew and Maria kept it quiet that they were expecting until their pal Kelly Rutherford accidentally spilled the news in May.

Matthew has one other daughter with actress Naama Nativ named Aven Angelica, 6.

The happy news was spilled by the 45-year-old actor’s former Gossip Girl co-star Kelly Rutherford.

Kelly was listing off celebs that will be attending her charity event next month in an interview with Us Weekly.

“Marcia Cross, Ed Westwick, Vivica Fox, Selma Blair, and Lisa Rinna are all hosting. And Marianne Williamson and Lisa Bloom are speaking,” Kelly said. “I’m hoping Matthew can make it. He’s getting ready to have a baby, so I don’t know… His loss!”

This is the second child for Matthew. He shares a six-year-old daughter with his ex-wife, model Naama Nativ. They split back in February 2010.
