DJ, producer, and artist Marshmello is paying it forward with the success he has achieved with his music career!

The Kids In Need of Defense Foundation, otherwise known as KIND, just announced that Marshmello donated $500,000 to support its mission.

“Thank you so much @marshmellomusic for your incredibly generous donation of $500,000 to KIND! Your support in our work to ensure vital protections for children alone will go a long way in helping to guarantee the services that our clients need,” the organization tweeted.

KIND envisions a world in which children’s rights and well-being are protected as they migrate alone in search of safety.

Marshmello is nominated for an American Music Award for Favorite EDM Artist.

Avicii‘s fellow DJs and record producers are speaking out to pay tribute after learning of his untimely passing.

Earlier today (April 20), it was announced that the Swedish musician, whose real name was Tim Bergling, was found dead in Muscat, Oman, at the age of 28.

“Devastating news about Avicii, a beautiful soul, passionate and extremely talented with so much more to do,” Calvin Harris tweeted. “My heart goes out to his family. God bless you Tim x.”

“At a loss for words…Rest easy brother 😪 @Avicii,” Marshmello added.

Deadmau5, Zedd, Tiesto, DJ Snake, and more also took to Twitter to pay their respects.

Selena Gomez and Marshmello have released their highly anticipated music video for their catchy collaboration “Wolves!”

The 25-year-old singer and the 21-year-old music producer dropped the video for the romantic EDM-meets-pop track via Apple Music on Friday (November 17).

It features Selena wearing a nude-colored dress while sitting on a tiled floor, walking down a hallway in a dazzling plunging dress, and sporting a red coat by a pool.

The rising 21-year-old singer and rapper died at the age of 21, as reported by Billboard early on Thursday morning (November 16).

“In the short time that i knew you, you were a great friend to me and a great person. your music changed the world and it’ll never be the same. i love you bud. forever,” Post wrote on his Twitter.
