John Legend will be singing the National Anthem before game one of the NBA Finals tonight (June 2), the NBA announced.
“Prior to Game 1 of the #NBAFinals on ABC, @johnlegend to perform the National Anthem! 🎤,” the organization tweeted.
LeBron James‘ Cleveland Cavaliers will take on Steph Curry‘s Golden State Warriors in the game. The Golden State Warriors also won the title last year.
After the NBA announced John as the performer, his wife Chrissy Teigen joked that she would actually be the one performing.
