Chrissy Metz flashes a smile at a celebration screening of her new movie Breakthrough!
The 38-year-old This Is Us actress stepped out for the event, hosted by The MOMS at Regal E-Walk, on Tuesday (April 9) in New York City.
She was joined by director Roxann Dawson and producer DeVon Franklin.
Chrissy kept it colorful in a floral dress, completing her look with a pair of white sneakers and a pop of pink lipstick, and styling her hair into waves.
The group posed for photos together and took the stage to discuss the biographical drama.
Breakthrough is based on the inspirational true story of one mother’s unfaltering love in the face of impossible odds. When Joyce Smith’s adopted son John falls through an icy Missouri lake, all hope seems lost. But as John lies lifeless, Joyce refuses to give up. Her steadfast belief inspires those around her to continue to pray for John’s recovery, even in the face of every case history and scientific prediction.
