Check out the premiere of Wynter Gordon‘s latest video for her song “Stimela!”

“‘Stimela’ is the first video I directed. It was a hard job thank you to the whole team who helped. Adam, Shamikah, the crew, Taryn and Marcus,” the 26-year-old singer wrote on her Twitter account.

“Stimela” is the first single off her new EP, Doleo, which is the first chapter of four self-released free EP’s called, The Human Condition. Love this song and the video!!

“I’m like a harbor / I could be your savior / When they push you under / Don’t want no other baby / I got you covered / Our love is growing and getting younger,” the 26-year-old artist sings on the track.

“Im a little nervous for this video to drop cause after it , Ill have to share whats next and ..its so honest ..dont know how u will take it,” Wynter tweeted about the video, which was directed by Community‘s Dan Eckman.

The 26-year-old singer shot the video, which will premiere this Wednesday, with director Bec Stupak, 90210‘s Tristan Wilds, and Zelda Williams.

“It’s a very upbeat, happy song about not being a gold digger but about wanting somebody to spend a little time with you, a little loving,” Wynter explains.

The video features “crazy outfit changes [and] we meet some crazy boys in the store and we dance and have fun. It’s like High School Musical on Valentine’s Day in 1980,” she added.

The club-worthy track is the U.K.-born, New York-raised singer’s latest tune.

Though the 25-year-old only recently launched a singing career, she’s already an established songwriter who most recently worked with Jennifer Lopez.

She’s also written for artists including Estelle and Gossip Girl‘s Leighton Meester.

Wynter performed yesterday (October 16) and is slated to continue her tour with stops in Dallas and San Francisco for the next two weeks.
