Usher Steps Out After Stepson Kile's Tragic Death

Usher seems to be in good spirits as he goes out for lunch at Whole Foods Market with a friend on Monday (July 30) in El Segundo, Calif.

The 33-year-old singer first emerged this weekend following the tragic death of his stepson Kile after he was hit in the head by a jetski.
