Hilary Duff shows off her amazingly flexible body during a piloxing class session in this new pic posted to her Twitter account.

“Nice stretch… Mmm @piloxing” the 25-year-old actress posted for all of her followers to see!

The next day, Hil and her adorable baby boy Luca headed out to a baby class together in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

“Listening to @coldplay song “fix you” for the 5th time in a row. Never can get sick of it. So pretty” she tweeted that day.
