Lionel Richie's Name Spelled Wrong at BET Awards 2014 (Photo)

Lionel Richie was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 BET Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (June 29) in Los Angeles.

While the 65-year-old entertainer was being honored for his lifetime of work, it seems the person in charge of entering the graphics onto the screen didn’t do too much research as Lionel‘s last name was spelled wrong!
