Vin Diesel shows off his buff muscles in a white tank top while out and about in the East Village neighborhood of New York City on Friday (July 24).

The 48-year-old actor, who celebrated his birthday last weekend, grabbed lunch at Republica Restaurant with his son Vincent (not pictured).
