Will Smith Joins Cop Thriller 'Bright' with Joel Edgerton

Will Smith poses for photos with fans while arriving at his hotel on Wednesday (March 2) in New York City.

The 47-year-old actor, who is currently in the Big Apple working on his movie Collateral Beauty, just landed a role in the upcoming cop thriller Bright.

Will will join Joel Edgerton in the movie, set to be directed by David Ayer, hot off his upcoming film Suicide Squad.

Bright will shoot in California and it has fantasy elements involved as it is “set in a world where orcs and fairies live among humans,” according to TheWrap.
