Prince Harry Unveils U.K. Invictus Games Team
Prince Harry poses for a photo with U.K.’s Invictus Games team members on Wednesday (April 6) outside of Buckingham Palace in London, England.
The 31-year-old royal unveiled the team of wounded, ill and injured service men and women who will be traveling to compete in the annual games on May 8-12 in Orlando, Fla.
The 110-member team will be joining more than 500 competitors from 15 different countries at the event.
Team captain David Wiseman told People that the event is, “a shining example of what this community can achieve, a group of individuals from around the world coming together in order to show everyone that beyond injury, they can achieve the extraordinary.”
