Emma Roberts has a new man in her life!

The 25-year-old Scream Queens star is dating a guy named Christopher Hines, according to ET, who is a mutual friend of her pal, fashion designer Brit Elkin.

Emma was spotted hugging Chris outside her hotel in London this week.
