Brad Pitt Cleared By FBI in Child Abuse Investigation

Brad Pitt has officially been cleared by the FBI following an investigation for child abuse during an incident on an airplane with his family.

There was an investigation into whether the 52-year-old actor made contact with his son Maddox during the flight.

“The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation. No charges have been filed in this matter,” the agency said in a statement to TMZ.

The L.A. Country Dept. of Children and Family Services also concluded that there was no child abuse and closed an investigation into the incident.

Brad‘s estranged wife Angelina Jolie is seeking sole custody of their six children.
