Ryan Seacrest Gives an Update on Kanye West

Ryan Seacrest, the executive producer of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, is giving fans an update on how Kanye West is doing follow his hospitalization for mental health issues.

The 41-year-old television personality is the one responsible for bringing the Kardashian family to stardom and he has remained a close family friend over the years.

Ryan opened up about Kanye while backstage at 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Jingle Ball 2016 on Friday night (December 2) in Los Angeles.

“I’ve spoken to Kim. I’ve not spoken to Kanye, but I think that things are going better now,” Ryan said.

Kanye returned home from the hospital the other day and is reportedly living separately from his family while he recovers.
