Katy Perry Brings Mom to Paris, Talks Dad's Changing Political Views

The 32-year-old singer and her mother posed for photos with the Eiffel Tower in the background. Earlier in the day, they sat underneath the famous landmark while watching the Chanel fashion show together.

It looks like Katy‘s parents are changing their political views to align a little more closely with their daughter’s.

Katy, who was a strong supporter of Hillary Clinton in the past presidential election, admitted that her parents voted for Trump. Now, her dad doesn’t identify as a Republican anymore.

“Shout out to my father who now says ‘I’m not a republican, I’m not a democrat, I am an American,’” she tweeted on the Fourth of July.
