Dakota Fanning Fell in Love with Budapest While Filming 'The Alienist'

Dakota Fanning leaves NBC’s studios after an early morning appearance on The Today Show on Monday (March 26) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actress was on the show to promote the finale of her TNT limited series The Alienist, which airs tonight.

Dakota opened up about falling in love with Budapest while filming there for six months.

“I did. I loved it. I didn’t want to leave. I would sob the last week when it was time to go,” Dakota said. “When it wrapped, in front of the entire cast and crew, I burst into tears. There’s a video of it! I truly had the time of my life.”
