The 27-year-old trainer and actor hit the gym for an afternoon workout on Friday (November 26) in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

For his workout, Sam showed off his muscles in a gray tank shirt paired with short, gray running shorts.

The following day, Sam was spotted wearing a yellow puffer vest while out on a walk around the neighborhood.
