The pair have actually been linked since Memorial Day Weekend 2021, but we rarely have photos of them together.

In these new pics, the 47-year-old TV host and the model, who is rumored to be around 23 years old, were seen taking his dog for a walk on Monday (February 21) in New York City.

Aubrey is a former cocktail waitress and is from Texas.
