'Grey's Anatomy' Shocker: [Spoiler] Is Leaving the Show, Final Episode Airing March 3

One of the series regulars on Grey’s Anatomy is going to be leaving the show after next week’s episode, according to a new report.
The exit was alluded to in the mid-season premiere, which aired on Thursday (February 24). Sources revealed that the person in question will officially exit the show during the March 3 episode.

Richard Flood, who has played Dr. Cormac Hayes for three seasons, will be leaving the show.
Hayes decided to hand in his resignation after being roped into Owen’s plan of providing drugs to dying soldiers for doctor-assisted suicides. He faced an ethical dilemma because he’d have to report Owen or risk losing his medical license. Instead, he decided to quit Grey Sloan and return to Ireland with his kids.
Deadline reports that Richard will leave Grey’s Anatomy in the episode airing on March 3, though this has not been confirmed by ABC or Shondaland.
