Elon Musk's Child Files to Change Full Name & Gender Identity: 'No Longer Wish to Be Related to My Biological Father'

In the papers, Vivian makes it clear that she’s legally filing these papers to establish her “Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” TMZ reports. She listed that she wants to be recognized as a female.

Vivian has a twin brother named Griffin, and it appears as if the “Wilson” in her last name comes from her mom, Canadian author Justine Wilson. Justine was married to Elon from 2000 to 2008.

Musk previously spoke negatively about a person’s chosen pronouns and then got schooled by Twitter.
