Model Lottie Moss, Kate Moss' Sister, Speaks Out About Nepotism Following 'Nepo Baby' Article Debate

Lottie Moss has shared her opinion on the now controversial New York Magazine article which highlighted a handful of stars who are labeled as “nepotism babies”, meaning they have one or two famous parents, or even grandparents.

The 24-year-old model, is the younger, half-sister of model Kate Moss, and took to social media to share her side of the conversation.

In a series of tweets, Lottie called out the article and many others blaming “nepo babies” for their success, despite some working hard to get where they are.

“I’m so sick of people blaming nepotism for why they aren’t rich and famous or successful – obviously it’s not fair that people who come from famous families are getting a leg up because of that but guess what? Life isn’t fair – if you put your mind to something you can accomplish anything!,” she first wrote. “So instead of being negative about other peoples success go and try and create your own!”

Lottie went on in subsequent tweets, “And [I] am privileged for numerous other reasons and as I say I am grateful for it all but shitting on others because of it makes NO sense. Obviously I’m privileged being related to a huge model also. I obviously am so grateful that I have had the opportunities I’ve had don’t get it twisted.”

Lottie isn’t the first “nepo baby” to speak out over the debate. Singer Lily Allen, who is also considered one, also shared her side as well.
