Kesha Swore Under Oath That Dr. Luke Did Not Sexually Assault Her (Video)

While Kesha claims that she has been sexually assaulted by music producer Dr. Luke over the past ten years, she once denied the accusations under oath during a deposition in 2011 and video from it has emerged.

The singer’s mom allegedly made comments against Luke and Kesha was asked about them when she and the producer were being sued by a manager.

A video from the deposition, which was sent to TMZ by a Luke source, shows Kesha denying that the producer sexually assaulted her.

“I don’t know what my mother told to David. I know that Dr. Luke never made sexual advances at me,” Kesha says in the clip.

Kesha‘s lawyer slammed the reemergence of the deposition back in 2014 and called it “a desperate Hail Mary and a pathetic attempt to once again blame his victim.”

“Unfortunately protecting abusers out of fear happens all too often with battered women. This case is about Luke‘s physical, emotional and psychological abuse of Kesha and her fight to get him out of her life,” lawyer Mark Geragos said. “After being driven to the brink of death and into rehab, she’s no longer going to allow herself to wither away at the hands of her abuser as he tries to blame the victim.”
