Jay Cutler Reacts to Ex-Wife Kristin Cavallari's Recent Comments About Their Marriage

Jay Cutler is responding to the comments that his ex-wife Kristin Cavallari made recently, calling their marriage “toxic.”

Kristin previously spoke out during an episode of the Call Me Daddy podcast last week and Jay responded this week while appearing on the Sofia With an F podcast.

“Basically I called off the engagement [for] the same reason I got a divorce, and so I guess if there’s any takeaway from that is you can’t ignore red flags,” Kristin said on the podcast. “People don’t change, and you’ve got to trust your gut.”

She added, “I mean, it took me a few years to actually pull the trigger, to be honest … It was more just time. Nothing major happened at the end.”

Kristin was also asked to explain the comments she has made about the marriage being “toxic.”

“It was toxic. Period, end of story,” she reiterated. “That’s all I kinda need to say.”

Jay responded by saying, “If she wants to say stuff, she can say stuff. I’m not going to go down that road about her. I mean, she’s still the mother of my kids.”

“It’s been two and a half years. Why are we having these conversations in public? Why are we doing this? We’re done here,” he added.

Kristin just talked about the last time she kissed one of her famous exes.
