Kathy Bates shows off her trophy while walking off the stage at the 2014 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles.

The 66-year-old actress won the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or Movie for her work on American Horror Story: Coven. Among the nominees she beat out was her co-star Angela Bassett, who looked super fierce on the carpet.

While accepting the award, Kathy said how shocked she was to be the winner and she certainly looked surprised when her name was called!

Liev Schreiber hits the red carpet solo at the 2014 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles.

The 46-year-old actor was joined by actor Jeff Daniels and his wife Kathleen Treado on the red carpet.

At the show, Liev is acting as a presenter while Jeff is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work in The Newsroom.

The Normal Heart was the big winner in the Outstanding Television Movie category at the 2014 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles.

The movie was nominated for nine awards at the show tonight, including acting honors for Mark Ruffalo, Julia Roberts, Jim Parsons, Joe Mantello, Alfred Molina, and Matt Bomer. Unfortunately none of the actors won in their categories.

Director and producer Ryan Murphy accepted the award on behalf of the cast and crew.

The 55-year-old actor was joined on the red carpet by TV personality Ashleigh Banfield.

Kevin is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his work on House of Cards, going up against Bryan Cranston, Matthew McConaughey, Jeff Daniels, Woody Harrelson, and Jon Hamm.

Fargo was the winner in the Best Miniseries category at the 2014 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles.

The hit series received a whopping 18 nominations this year and it won the award for Outstanding Casting for a Miniseries, Movie, or a Special at last week’s Creative Arts Emmys.

At tonight’s show, the show won Outstanding Directing for a Miniseries, Movie or a Dramatic Special for the “Buridan’s Ass” episode. Unfortunately, all four of the nominated actors lost their categories.

Game show host and comedian Billy Eichner joined Seth Meyers on stage at the 2014 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles to show a hilarious segment of his man-on-the-street show Billy on the Street.

Billy and Seth ran around the streets of New York asking questions to city-dwellers for a dollar.

“Who is hosting this year’s Emmy Awards?” was just one of the many questions they asked. Billy is notorious for getting agitated at the contestants on his show and running away angrily. Watch the hilarious clip below!

Bryan Cranston stays close to his wife Robin Dearden at the 2014 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Monday (August 25) in Los Angeles.

The 58-year-old actor was joined by his Breaking Bad co-star Aaron Paul along with his wife Lauren Parsekian.
