The 34-year-old reality star appears in a new promo for the upcoming midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in which she meets with her fertility doctor.

“No, I’m like so over it,” Kim says about getting treatment to help her get pregnant. “I’m exhausted. I’m sure everyone gets to that point. I’m like, ‘OK, I’m done.’”

Socialite Brittny Gastineau and her mother step out for dinner at Mr. Chow on Tuesday (June 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 31-year-old model sported a black eye, which she reportedly got from a mutual attack in her hotel room in West Hollywood at the London Hotel.

According to TMZ, Brittny was in the room with a male companion when the two began fighting.

Doctors at the hospital suspected domestic violence and called the police to investigate. The attack reportedly occurred a week ago, and the bruises are still fairly prominent.

Brittny is one of Kim Kardashian‘s BFFs, and attended her bridal shower last month.

Kourtney Kardashian wears an all black outfit while heading into The Peninsula Hotel for her sister Kim‘s bridal shower on Saturday afternoon (May 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Also seen entering the hotel that afternoon were Kris Jenner, Leah Jenner, Brittny Gastineau, and designer Rachel Roy.

While they were not seen outside the hotel that day, Khloe Kardashian and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner were all in attendance at the Parisian themed bash as well.

Brittny Gastineau stops by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center bearing plenty of presents to visit her BFF Kim Kardashian in the hospital on Saturday afternoon (June 15) in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old socialite was joined by her mom Lisa to congratulate their friend on the birth of her baby girl with beau Kanye West.

Earlier that morning, Kim gave birth to her baby with Kanye right by her side.

That same afternoon, Kim‘s friend Jonathan Cheban was spotted leaving her house with a bag of belongings. Perhaps he is bringing Kim some essentials to the hospital?
