The 32-year-old model and 28-year-old defensive tackle for the New England Patriots took to social media on Tuesday (September 19) to confirm that their little one had arrived safely four months after announcing that they were expecting.

They shared a new photo and revealed the name of their daughter, which is a sweet tribute to their relationship.
