A federal jury has cleared Derrick Rose of rape allegations.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the 28-year-old New York Knicks player and his two friends, Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen, were found innocent after an ex-girlfriend of his claimed that they broke into her Los Angeles apartment, drugged her, and then had sex with her.

A jury of six women and two men shot down the claims after three hours of deliberation.

They reportedly believed that the evidence showed she consented to the 2013 encounter.

The woman reported the incident two years after the alleged rape, and filed civil charges in a $21.5 million lawsuit.

Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose is being sued for allegedly raping an ex-girlfriend.

According to TMZ, the unnamed woman claims the 26-year-old NBA player and two of his friends drugged and gang raped her.

She and Derrick reportedly dated from 2011 to 2013 until she went over his Beverly Hills home one night and “they slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her.”

The woman says she waited for two years to file the lawsuit because she was “ashamed and embarrassed” of what happened and was worried that her “conservative family” would find out.
