The Meg just hit theaters and fans are awaiting an answer to the question: do any additional scenes play after the credits?

We’ve learned that there’s no additional scenes after the credits, so feel free to leave once the credits begin rolling.

The flick stars Jason Statham, Li Bingbing, Ruby Rose and Jessica McNamee, as well as Page Kennedy, Olafur Darri Olafsson, Masi Oka, Rainn Wilson and Cliff Curtis.

The Meg is based on Steve Alten’s 1997 novel and follows an expert deep sea rescue diver who is recruited to save the crew of a deep-sea submersible from a 75-foot-long prehistoric mega-shark known as the Megalodon.

Jason Statham and Ruby Rose are sharing their new film The Meg!

The co-stars hit the red carpet at the premiere on Monday night (August 6) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The duo were also joined by cast mates Li Bingbing, Jessica McNamee, Page Kennedy, Olafur Darri Olafsson, Masi Oka, Rainn Wilson and Cliff Curtis.

Other attendees included Jason‘s fiance Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Sylvester Stallone.

The Meg follows a group living in a deep-sea submersible who survives an attack from a 75-foot-long prehistoric shark. They must defeat the massive creature to save themselves and the ocean.

The film is set to hit theaters August 9th.

In the action flick, a deep-sea submersible has been attacked by a massive creature, previously thought to be extinct, and now lies disabled at the bottom of the deepest trench in the Pacific with its crew trapped inside.

Expert deep sea rescue diver Jonas Taylor (Jason) is recruited by a visionary Chinese oceanographer (Winston Chao) to save the crew – and the ocean itself – from this unstoppable threat: a 75-foot-long shark known as the Megalodon.

Based on Steve Alten’s 1997 novel and directed by Jon Turtletaub, The Meg also stars Li Bingbing, Rainn Wilson, Ruby Rose, Page Kennedy, Jessica McNamee, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Robert Taylor, Cliff Curtis, Shuya Sophia Cai, and Masi Oka.

On her role in Transformers: “She is very strong and precise with a sharp personality. People will remember this role.”

Li Bingbing looks fantastic while walking the carpet at the premiere of her new movie Transformers: Age of Extinction on Wednesday (June 25) at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York City.

The 41-year-old Chinese actress was joined at the event by co-stars Stanley Tucci (with wife Felicity Blunt) and Kelsey Grammer (with kids Mason, 12, and Jude, 9).

Mark Wahlberg and Jack Reynor look so handsome while hitting the red carpet at the premiere of their new movie Transformers: Age of Extinction on Thursday (June 19) in Hong Kong, China.

The actors were joined at the event by their co-stars Stanley Tucci and Li Bingbing, as well as director Michael Bay.

Transformers 4, which hits theaters on June 27, is about an automobile mechanic (Wahlberg) and his daughter (Nicola Peltz) who make a discovery that brings down the Autobots and Decepticons – and a paranoid government official – on them.

Chinese actress Li Bingbing has joined the cast of the highly anticipated film Transformers 4!

“I am excited to have Li Bingbing join our cast and to be shooting portions of the movie in her native China. I have always aspired to work with the best actors and this cast is especially exciting now with the addition of Li,” director Michael Bay said in a statement.

Also starring in the flick are Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, and Jack Reynor.
