Lady Gaga is releasing a R. Kelly-free version of her 2013 studio album, ARTPOP.

The 33-year-old “Applause” singer will re-release the album without “Do What U Want” featuring the singer on November 11, according to Rolling Stone.

Back in January, Gaga removed “Do What U Want” from iTunes and streaming services amid the continued abuse allegations against R. Kelly. (He continues to deny all claims.)

The new physical release will include CDs and vinyl copies of ARTPOP without the controversial collaboration.

R. Kelly is facing more charges of sexual misconduct.

The 52-year-old disgraced singer was just charged with sexual crimes against an underage girl in the state of Minnesota.

R. Kelly has been charged with “two counts of engaging in prostitution with an individual under 18 years old and offering to hire for sexual purposes a person under 18,” according to Variety.

The incident happened in 2001 and the victim was an autograph seeker who was paid $200 to “remove her clothes and have sexual relations with the musician at his Minneapolis hotel.”

Hennepin County State’s Attorney Mike Freeman says the victim was at least 16 years old, but under 18, at the time of the incident. There was no sexual intercourse between the singer and the victim, but the incident involved “dancing and sexual contact.”

R. Kelly is facing 18 total counts of sexual misconduct and other charges in Chicago and New York.

R. Kelly is pleading not guilty.

The 52-year-old musician entered the plea in response to a number of sexual assault charges after being accused of sexual abuse by multiple women and girls on Friday (August 2) in his trial in Chicago, Ill.

He was denied bail during the hearing, and immediately remanded into custody according to courtroom reporters.

R. Kelly was arrested in July, accused of exploiting five alleged victims.

The charges include racketeering, kidnapping, forced labor and sexual exploitation of a child. There are also accusations that he targeted women and girls at concerts and venues to allegedly be abused.

R. Kelly‘s spokesman is taking some time away.

Darrell Johnson, who was the spokesman for the troubled 52-year-old musician, announced that he is taking time off for personal reasons according to attorney Steve Greenberg in a statement provided to AP on Tuesday (July 23).

Darrell stepped down right after appearing on CBS This Morning on Monday (July 22), claiming he wouldn’t allow his adult daughter to be alone with anyone “accused of being a pedophile.” His statement did not address those comments.

R. Kelly is currently in custody after being arrested earlier in July, and is accused of having sex with minors.
