Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is pleading not guilty.

The 33-year-old Jersey Shore star entered his plea to seven charges on Friday (November 8) in a Los Angeles court, a rep confirmed to People.

The charges include false imprisonment of his ex Jen Harley. He will return to court on November 12 for a pre-trial hearing.

Back in October, Ronnie was reportedly tased and arrested during an alleged altercation with Jen, and booked on a kidnapping charge. The two have an 18-month-old daughter, Ariana Skye.

“The victim and suspect were involved in some kind of physical altercation. Officers did have to use a taser on the suspect in which a minor use of force occurred. There was no further incident,” a police spokesperson said at the time.

If convicted, he could reportedly face up to a year in jail for each charge.

Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been released from jail.

The 33-year-old reality star was spotted leaving the facility on Friday morning (October 4) in Van Nuys, Calif.

Ronnie was released from custody after paying a $100,000 bail, according to TMZ.

He was arrested the night before after allegedly hitting his girlfriend Jen Harley and chasing her with a knife at an Airbnb in Los Angeles.

Ronnie would not corporate with police, who were forced to break down the door to the house and tased him.

Jen and the couple’s 18-month-old daughter Ariana were spotted leaving the Airbnb shortly before Ronnie‘s release.
