The new Obi-Wan Kenobi series is now streaming on Disney+ and a surprise red carpet premiere took place at the Star Wars Celebration fan event!

Ewan McGregor, who is reprising the title role in the new show, was joined by wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead at the premiere on Thursday (May 26) in Anaheim, Calif.

This is the couple’s first public appearance together since getting married last month!

Joining Ewan at the event were co-stars Hayden Christensen, Moses Ingram, Bonnie Piesse, Rupert Friend, Indira Varma, O’Shea Jackson Jr., and Simone Kessell, as well as director/executive producer Deborah Chow and writer/executive producer Joby Harold.

Obi-Wan Kenobi begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

The first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi are now streaming on Disney+. Following the premiere, the series will stream weekly on Wednesdays, until the finale on Wednesday, June 22.

With just hours left until the premiere of Netflix’s new limited series Anatomy of a Scandal, the cast has hit the red carpet for the world premiere!

Sienna Miller was joined by co-stars Naomi Scott, Michelle Dockery, and Rupert Friend at the event on Thursday evening (April 14) at Curzon Mayfair in London, England.

Also in attendance at the premiere were co-star Josette Simon and director S.J. Clarkson.

Anatomy of a Scandal is a psychological thriller and gripping courtroom drama that infiltrates Britain’s elite through personal and political scandal, where the truth lies between justice and privilege. Rupert Friend is stocking up!

The 40-year-old British actor and his wife Aimee Mullins stopped by Lou Wine & Tasting to pick up a case of wine on Saturday afternoon (April 9) in Los Feliz, Calif.

For their outing, Rupert sported a black T-shirt and gray shorts while Aimee wore a blue T-shirt and linen pants.

Netflix recently released the trailer for Rupert‘s upcoming thriller series Anatomy of a Scandal. The limited series, which also stars Sienna Miller, Michelle Dockery, and Naomi Scott, will be released on Friday, April 15.

Rupert will also be starring alongside Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen in Disney+’s upcoming series Obi-Wan Kenobi, which premieres on May 27. Watch the trailer here!
