The Shaq’tacular Spectacular is coming!

The Shaquille O’Neal-hosted immersive VR New Year’s Eve countdown special is kicking off Saturday, December 31 at 6:30 p.m. ET. The show will be on an endless loop all night where you can join in at any time!

The special will premiere exclusively in VR on Facebook in Meta Horizon Worlds and on Meta Quest TV, as well as on Shaquille O’Neal’s Facebook and Instagram pages and Messenger’s Watch Together.

The musical performers will join Shaq center stage surrounded by a roller rink, basketball court, and mainstage complete with a marching band, cheerleaders, pro roller skaters, basketball players and fans inside the party.

Fans can tune in wearing a Meta Quest 2 headset.

Shaquille O’Neal is doubling down on his theory that the Earth is flat after previously making similar comments back in 2017.

The 50-year-old former NBA player said back then, “I drive from coast to coast, and this s–t is flat to me. I’m just saying. I drive from Florida to California all the time, and it’s flat to me. I do not go up and down at a 360-degree angle, and all that stuff about gravity, have you looked outside Atlanta lately and seen all these buildings? You mean to tell me that China is under us? China is under us? It’s not. The world is flat.”

Shaq later said he was joking, but now it appears he still believes the theory.
